"I have been coming to classes with Rachel for over two years and under her expert guidance and tuition I have achieved three Charles Bargue drawings and now I am onto the first cast drawing. A little angst at times but with a firm nudge from Rachel and small alterations to lines and tones- progress and completion of the drawing. How did I manage that? "The classical drawing class is run by award winning artist, Rachel Vynne, in a spacious studio in Tetbury. The "sight see" method is used which enables each student to grasp the fundamental techniques of drawing according to the great masters. The classes are very well structured in friendly, sociable groups of all ages, ability and experience and time is given to help students understand the process and develop at the own pace. Rachel is an inspiring teacher with a patient and encouraging approach. Her standards are high and she is generous in the time given to one on one tuition. I thoroughly enjoy all of my sessions. As well as learning a great deal, it is therapeutic "time out" in a noisy and busy work and I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to embark on one of these courses"
